Housing Economy, Lien Investors, property investm make money folks just aren’t paying their taxes and the banks are SO heavy in foreclosure inventory that it financiallybehooves them to write off the note and let the property go!

During a good economy, you can expect to get about a 90% redemptionrate from the home owner. No matter how bad the market is I bet I can find a buyer for ahouse that I can make a profit on by selling it for $1 more than$2000! Best of all, if my buyer gives me a $2000 down payment on a housethat I bought for $2000, I’m in a pure profit situation!!!

Vehicle substitutions are limited, but available, and must be authorized by Oceanside Wealth, due to vehicle wrapping constraints. Every member will be expected to provide photographs of themselves, and their wrapped vehicle for display on the Oceanside Wealth website. Oceanside Wealth will issue a car bonus agreement with full terms and details, once a member is qualified for the bonus.

To calculate your earnings on Phase 2 simply refer to the Cumulative $ / Level section on the matrix diagram for each level or simply add them up in the same way as the Phase 1 example above.
