| PHASE 1 Phase 1 is designed to help you get started for only 60 Ba. ($60) monthly – so anyone can afford to be a part of the fun! You’ll receive real training in off- and on-line marketing—weekly! By working experts. This is the absolute best training service you could ever have to help build your business. In Phase 1, your income of 110 Ba. ($110) per month is generated from training service purchases (webinar training and information) made by you and the community members on your first 3 levels. You are paid 5 Ba. ($5.00) for each of the members who land on your first level (2), and purchase the webinar training we offer, 15 Ba. ($15.00) for each of the members who do the same on your second level (4), and 5 Ba. ($5) for every paid member on your third level (8)!! 2 x 5 Ba. ($5) = 10 Ba. ($10) first level earnings, 4 x 15 Ba. ($15) = 60 Ba. ($60) second level earnings and 8 x 5 Ba. ($40) = 40 Ba. ($40) third level commissions for total of 110 Ba. ($110).
When your second level is filled, you are in profit! In circumstances where a member’s second level was not filled until after the pay period had been calculated, commissions on the later filled memberships will be paid out in the following commission period.

The Phase Two 60/40 Rule

| When a member reaches Phase 2, 60% of their monthly matrix earnings will be directly deposited into the Oceanside Wealth Forex trading program. Funds placed in the Forex program must be left in for a term of 12 months whether they are from your matrix earnings or personally funded however, you are still able to withdraw, any Forex profits greater than your principal amount. This option allows you to cover your monthly membership fees and continue to earn monthly profits as you choose. The Phase Two 60/40 rule applies to BOTH the matrix and the 50% matching bonus’. Your total Phase 2 income of 19,438.00 Ba. ($19,438.00 per month) is generated from members that are in your Phase 2 and who have also completed Phase 1 ( their first 3 levels ). In other words, your Phase 2 income ( levels 4-10 ) is generated only by those members who are in Phase 2 themselves.

Eligibility requirements: The Oceanside Wealth program does not require you to recruit anyone in order to qualify for matrix earnings in Phase 1. But when your matrix has filled levels 1 through 4 and you are upgraded to Phase 2, there are recruiting requirements to qualify for commissions on each subsequent level.
For those folks who want to spread the wealth and opportunity, we’ve built in an option that allows you to buy an Oceanside Wealth electronic gift certificate directly out of your earnings! For just the cost of the membership (60 Ba., $60.00 USD) plus just 1.00 Ba. ($1.00), you can give a gift certificate to whomever you choose, to pay for their first month as a member. Personal sponsoring requirements ensure that the matrix will continue to grow. Requirements are designed so that you can buy gift certificates to give to people in order to meet the, per-level qualifications and, so you’ll have plenty of income to do it.

For example, when someone you personally sponsored has their 10th level filled, their earnings will be 19,3788.00 Ba. ($19,378.00) after subtracting their monthly subscription costs. So, your 50% matching bonus will be 9689.00 Ba. ($9,689.00)! When your level 9 is complete and all members on your 9th level have entered phase 2, you will be awarded with a 2009 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid, or a 2009 Cadillac XLR wrapped with your Oceanside Wealth referral site link. Vehicle substitutions are limited, but available, and must be authorized by Oceanside Wealth, due to vehicle wrapping constraints. Every member will be expected to provide photographs of themselves, and their wrapped vehicle for display on the Oceanside Wealth website. Oceanside Wealth will issue a car bonus agreement with full terms and details, once a member is qualified for the bonus. To calculate your earnings on Phase 2 simply refer to the Cumulative $ / Level section on the matrix diagram for each level or simply add them up in the same way as the Phase 1 example above.
